What our Clients Say
Easily import Bank & Credit Card data into QuickBooks

Start saving time by importing directly into QuickBooks!

In a matter of minutes you can start importing transactions into QuickBooks. Our applications use Intuit's application programming interface to get your company data directly from and insert into QuickBooks. This means no more typing data.  You select which transactions to import, set the payee and account from lists containing your company data and click a button to import it directly into QuickBooks.

To ease the import of data our applications allow you to create mappings, called aliases, between QuickBooks data and transactions descriptions in the download file. Create a transaction mapping and the payee and account are pre-populated so you just review and import.

The four step procedure below shows you the ease of the application.

Step1:  Download data from Internet Banking

The first step is to download an export file from your bank. Just log into your  internet banking account and go to the statement area and download an MS Money (OFX) or Quicken (QIF) file to your computer.

Step 2: Select your Download File and the QuickBooks Account.

You browse to the location of the file and select your QuickBooks account from a pre-populated dropdown list.

Step 3: Review your transactions and set QuickBooks Payee and Account information.

Easily review the transactions contained in the export file. Set the payee and expense accounts using simple drop-down lists of current QuickBooks Data. Or quickly create a new alias so going forward transactions are pre-populated.
