Here you will find a list of the most frequently asked questions that we receive about eZ Positive Pay.
General Questions
QuickBooks® Pro, Premier, Enterprise 2019-2025, QuickBooks® Online Edition.
The trial has full functionality but expires 14 days after the software is registered.
Each yearly subscription includes two licenses, support and updates to the application through the term of the subscription.
No unfortunately it is not compatible with MAC.

Capabilities
No, eZ Positive Pay tracks what has previously been exported from QuickBooks and will only show transactions which haven’t been exported previously.
Yes, if your bank supports voided checks as part of the positive pay file eZ Positive Pay can send them in addition to issued checks.
Yes, if your bank supports direct transmission you can configure the app to transmit the file directly to the bank.
When reviewing checks in eZ Positive Pay, the app by defaults will ignore any QuickBooks checks that do not have a valid check number. The ignored transactions will not be included in the positive pay file or shown again for upload.
Yes, the app allows you to select a single acccount for Positive Pay file generation or it can do all configured Accounts. If you are using QuickBooks Desktop, please be sure to have closed all QuickBook company files before running. eZ Positive will open and close QuickBooks Desktop as it generates the Positive Pay files.
Yes, when you configure each account in eZ Positive Pay you specify the Bank export format.
